The coffee tastes like a mixture of arabica and robusta. Tastes bitter. But the environment is nice. No loud music, less traffic noise due to thick glass. Comfortable, quite clean, and have WiFi.

Comfortable especially the 2nd floor, the taste is good too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the guy spoke some English. Prices are competitive and they always have promotions. But the coffee despite it being 100% Arabica, was not good enough.. I was expecting better taste. But coffee everyone has his taste. For me it felt too strong.. The second floor which is the smoking floor is very very bad. Dirty walls, very hot, messy not getting cleaned enough. A shame for a chain like this, the toilet is not getting cleaned or dried enough, and the door is not functioning... Very bad condition, if you are a smoker I would recommend you go elsewhere. Again I really wanted to like this place because the staff was helpful and friendly with me.

I'm not gonna talk about the taste bcs it tastes the same as another branch, but I think the employees should have evaluation and improvement. I requested qris payment, the cashier didn't tell me where I should scan the code, so I'm the one who asked first. also she didn't ask about membership, again I'm the one who asked first to scan my member code, not informative. ik if every person has their own trait, but you had committed to get a job which force you to communicate with people, you should be professional tho. also, give your customers smile isn't that hard imo. I hope there's an improvement when I get back there.
