located in a nostalgic Kota Lama and in a shop mimicking Japanese architectural. Ramen were tasty and broth were delicious, though the Fried Chicken was not so tender. Yakitori was reasonably good. However service was slow and not attentive. The main drawback is the ordering & payment... orders have to be made with the 'Touchscreen' at entrance, menu is not easy to navigate nor understandable and payment is made through the staff standing next to 'Touchscreen'... trying too hard to simulate similar eateries in Japan.

Luckily, the comforting aroma of broth make it easy to relax The broth is warm and deeply savory, rich without being heavy, and instantly relaxing. Noodles are springy and satisfying, soaking up all that flavor. Toppings like soft-boiled eggs, tender chicken meats, and fresh scallions add little bursts of comfort. Trying the newly renovated Sai Ramen. The place is far better than the old one, its comfy, good vibe. They have more menu too. Food is quite good, still a bit pricey tho for some menu. Like the mini don is so small compared to its price. From all the new menu, i like the curry sweet potato the most. The ramen have lots of noodles, i can only finish half of it. Services are quite slow, it took them 30minutes to take all the food out. They also took time to clean the table so we had to clean it outselves. They really need more employees.

Staff were helpful, serving the food fast, and ensure you get your order right. The ramen tastes great as well. Greeter stand by the door to greet customers and give you menu while queueing for self order machine. Even the name and concept was "self-service", you will be guided by staff. Payment must be done upfront. QRIS ready. After the payment, you'll get queue number and staff will direct you to vacant seats. Kitchen crew will call you by number and give your food. By the way they also provide baby chair. I've ordered original katsu and love the taste of the broth. Tasty, warm and easy to swallow. Though i think the noodle was a bit overcooked but ok. Waited for my food no more than 10 minutes even though the restaurant was full. I also ordered iced lemon tea and iced milo. They serve the beverages on to-go plastic cup 🥤 despite we were dining in. Ran out of your drink? Don't worry there's free ocha on the counter. You can get it by yourself. If you're done eating don't forget to put the dirty dishes up on the counter.
