This soto was previously known as soto warung idjo on Jalan Dr Cipto Semarang, now the next generation sells it. The place is quite clean, come at 9 am on Monday it is relatively busy, the prices are affordable and the accompanying dishes are very complete, including the famous clam satay. The taste of the soto itself can't match that of the past.

My first time dining here. Tasty traditional chicken soup known as soto ayam; the broth is light and delightful, and the fried Tempe was so good. It's very recommended when you visit Semarang.

One of the best soto in town , legendary. The taste is complex and so rich , just at a simple soy sauce , orange lemon and sambal , it will satisfy your tounge. Don't forget the condiment , mendoan , perkedel , sate daging , sate kerang , they will add perfection to your soto. Recomended 👍👍👍👍

The taste that never change for over than 15 years since I first taste it. Savoury yet refreshing taste in your pallette. The clam satay is always fresh and sweet. Highly recommended Soto Semarang.

Great food for breakfast, the soto is very nice. The side dish always ready, sate kerang, sate telur puyuh, perkedel, tempe... all good Rate 5/5
