I tried the avocado juice at Kampung Nasi - Nasi Kotak dan Tumpeng Semarang and ended up really enjoying it. It stood out more than I expected and was better than similar drinks I’ve had around Semarang. A simple order, but it made a good impression and I’d happily come back for it again.

Have eaten there several times and enjoy the food. The menu offers Indonesian food, from nasi langgi, gudangan, nasi cumi, and more. Most of the dishes are delicious and suitable for the taste of Semarangs people 🙂 You should try their tahu gejrot because it's unique. it uses crispy tofu, not the soggy kind like most tahu gejrot. The price, taste, and portion sizes are all reasonable. The service is also good and friendly. One downside: it only opens until around 3 or 4 PM, so you can't have dinner here 😮‍💨

Early morning flight, sleepy and hungry. Then a friend recommend this place. I am glad he shared this place. The food I chose, Nasi Lagi, is really a comfort food for me. Then I had the snack Tahu Gejrot. The sauce is just right for my taste palette. I did really enjoy my breakfast.
