Decent food, comfortable place, but service is way too slow, I ordered only a singular fried chicken and rice, why does it take 45 minutes.

Tasty chicken, tasty cheese sauce, love it so much. Large parking lot, easy to find. Whenever I come here it is never too crowded.

If you want spice, then go for Level 5!

Cozy. Good food, although the menu is not as varied as KFC & McDonalds, but you can go here to try something new once in a while. Great place to take your friends and family on a night out.

I argue this is the worst place this franchise can provide. Place: parking is huge, but it is very hot and has no canopy. The sound of the air conditioner and everything else is too loud. Water does not work, which is very annoying since it's worse than street food you can find nearby. You might even find this place too hot for you. Service: somehow they priced the food higher than what was displayed on the TV. It is not tax; they literally overlaid the original price stated in the brochure. Food: I don't know, but this is way too salty than I expected. The cheese tastes the same though. The drinks are too restricted; they only serve 2 kinds, which is not for everyone. They don't even have simple tea, wow, I can't even imagine.
