Fair portion for breakfast, 11k for soto ayam with clean taste, 2k for a tempe garit, and 4k for es teh manis (it is so sweet, but the tea was good), carefully choose the sides since it's additional: many kinds of sate is 7k each.

A lot of side dish choices. The serving bowl is small not on a regular bowl which won’t make you overload. And the place is easy to find. The price is not so expensive. The taste just so so.

I came here for breakfast. The portion of the main dish, soto seger, was quite small. However, there were various side dishes served on the table and most of them are really tasty.

best soto ever i swear i've never tasted anything like this. always a must everytime my family visits klaten. come early in the morning, grab the tempe mendoan while it's fresh from the kitchen, and make sure to take the paru satay (beef lung) and dips in the soto while it's hot (the paru would be warm and soft oh god i want another one right now). other branches of soto mbok giyem doesn't taste as good, make sure to always come to this one. the place is always a crowd but no need to worry, people come and go very quickly.

Decent soto at a very reasonable price! A good rest-stop option when travelling between Yogya and Solo. Highlights: - Crunchy tempe - Really good! - Sate ayam - bacem style (chicken satay) - Sate babat (tripe satay) We also ordered the Sop Daging (Beef soup), which was tasty, but the msg felt a bit too strong for me. This soup seems to be a local favourite, it was so crowded but they do have plenty of seats. Rp. 11.000 for a small bowl of soto and rice. Reasonably priced. Friendly service.
