I want to give feedback regarding the service here. When the plates were cleared, our table was not wiped so it was still dirty. Then when the waiter was already in front of our table, the waiter was asked by the leader to prioritize another table, so the soto that had already been placed on our table was taken back and given to another table with the excuse that we hadn't ordered yet, even though we had ordered beforehand. In my opinion, that is very impolite, because food that has been placed on a customer's table should not be taken back and given to another customer, unless there was indeed a wrong order. Even though the food hasn't been eaten and is still intact, it is still inappropriate to be moved to another customer's table. Especially since the preparation of soto is usually already put together and upon serving it just needs to be given broth, so they should be able to make a new one for the other table, instead of taking it from a customer's table that came first. Because many people come not only for the food, but also for the service. If it's just soto, there are actually many other choices of places, but good service makes customers want to return. The point is, coordination between staff also needs to be improved more so that incidents like this do not happen again. Hopefully in the future the service can become better. Thank you.

Chicken soto but the contents are offal and skin with no meat at all, the menu should write it as offal chicken soto 🙂. The iced tea is too sweet, too much ice cubes, the okay thing is the fried snacks although the flour is a bit hard. Fast service Thank you

the soto is refreshing with its clear and savory broth lots of choices of skewered satays too, suitable for breakfast because the portion is not large the bathroom water was off, so it couldn't be used

The location is strategic, the service is also friendly, clean, lush and spacious. As for the price, it is more expensive compared to other competitors. Maybe the price can be considered. As for the taste, it's just so-so.
