One of the most impressive historical sites near Prambanan. Plaosan Temple reflects the unique coexistence of Hindu and Buddhist culture, making it more than just another ancient temple. The intricate carvings and peaceful atmosphere make it a great place to explore at a relaxed pace. Some restoration work was in progress during my visit, but it didn't interfere with walking around the complex. Definitely worth visiting if you're in the area.
View on Googlegorgeous ruins! had a really nice time walking around this place. tickets were 10k/person, and car parking was 5k. 27/06/25
View on GoogleIts a small Temple but has a great energy, just seeing whats inside wont take you more than 20 minutes, I recommend staying meditating, relaxing. As this is where it feels magical, you can grab until the Temple as its far from Train station or Bus station.
View on GoogleBeautiful temple with great history. So sad that it was destroyed, highly appreciate that restoration on progress which took years.
View on GoogleMost impressive one we have been to so far. No crowds and the temples were absolutely incredible.
