Highly recommend this place for those who like traditional food and local fish crisps, its specialty. They serve rice with mixed-vegetables and peanut sauce, and various kinds of side dish. The food is affordable enough with 10% tax. Not only they have lots of seats for customers, they also provide lots of toilets and some sinks. Since it's close to a local spring, no wonder it's easy to find this place. It looks small outside, but it's pretty large inside. If you look for traditional food, you might consider this place.

Traditional javanese salad called pecel, served with peanuts sauce. This restaurant is one of legendary resto at Salatiga, their speciality is pecel with snail. The taste is sweet, juicy, a bit spicy, with lot of vegetables.

Food was OK, big portion. Wide range of food selection with local taste. The place is big but always crowded and if you bring your own car you might find difficulties to find parking space specially during lunch time.

I have been a regular customer every time I go to Pemandian Muncul, the taste doesn't change and is always fresh. Honestly, I like Kolak Ketan the most because of the addictive taste... For fried eel, it is fried to the right level of doneness, not too dry, served with their signature chili sauce with shrimp paste. And don't forget, try their signature Pecel and Keong, the best. There have been many reviews and it has been covered by famous TV. -- don't forget to take home various variants of their chips

Bumbu pecel hit the note. Really delicious. The price is cheap compare the big portion. Not only they serve pecel in here, they have a great selection of chips. Unique variety of chips such as eel, bitter melon, dogfruit or jengkol, anchovies, etc
