The food and atmosphere were exactly what you would expect from McDonald's, it's consistent, comfortable, and reliable. What truly deserves five stars, however, is the outstanding service from the workers here. I stopped here for breakfast while traveling from Yogyakarta to Semarang. Unfortunately, my trip was interrupted when the fan belt on my car suddenly broke, forcing me to call a mechanic for repairs. I asked the outlet supervisor if I could leave my car parked a little longer while waiting for the repair, and he kindly agreed. Since it was a Sunday, finding the necessary spare part took much longer than expected. While my wife was inside working remotely and ordering food for us, I was outside anxiously waiting for updates from the mechanic. As time passed and more customers started arriving, I became worried that I might be asked to move the car. Instead, the supervisor approached me in a very polite and friendly manner. He asked what had happened to my vehicle and where I was traveling from, probably noticing that my license plate was from out of town. I apologized again for occupying the parking space for so long and explained that the repair was taking longer than expected. His response genuinely surprised me. With great kindness, he said something along the lines of, "The important thing is to get your problem solved first. I completely understand. I hope you can continue your trip safely." That simple act of empathy meant a lot during a stressful situation. The parking attendant was equally helpful. He understood my situation, never made me feel uncomfortable about the extended parking time, and even assisted me when my car eventually had to be towed. For me, great service matters far more than food quality alone. McDonald's Ungaran delivered a truly five-star customer experience through the kindness, understanding, and professionalism of its staff. Thank you to the entire team for turning a difficult morning into a much more manageable one.

It's new and already used modern technology to order. The location is also strategic. Giving best service and good facilities.

+3

last night I went with my younger sister, to the Ungaran branch of Mcd.. it was quite crowded, and the serving was quite fast, only there was 1 incident, that my younger sister order, was not even made until we waited long enough, we saw other people's orders after we were given it, so finally I asked the employee, had our order been made? And it turned out that the order list in the kitchen was missing, and luckily it was made right away.

The first McD in Ungaran, had 2 floor with a indoor & outdoor area. Had complete facility like mushola, toilets, wastafel, and kids arena.

McDonald's, burger, chicken, various drinks. The place is in the main road, easy access, There is second floor with children mini playground. Parking lot is too small, it's mostly full in weekend or holiday, specially if you bring the car.
