March 2026 We've been there for a drink and sunset view but it was closed and look abandoned. Probably because it was the low season + ramadan, so we went somewhere else. The view was beautiful and the beach is quite big. Some waves, possible to swim.

Went there today to snorkel. The visibility was awful (could be better on other days, it's the first time I went), but there were some corals and fish, including a lion fish. Entry costs 10k. I find it a bit extortionate, especially the minimum order figures for lounge chair or bean bag use, but the entry fee is probably standard for the island (personally, I think selling overpriced drinks is fair game, charging for beach access, I wish people wouldn't). The caged dog other reviews mentioned is still there and still in the cage.

Great beach for snorkeling and watching the sunset. There is a local beach club with drinks, food and at least this time, a DJ. Easy to reach by scooter, with enough parking. The entry fee is 10.000rp but it is for more than 1 visit (limit unknown). Bean bags and parasol included. The water is crystal clear and it stays very shallow for a long time.

The water here is amazing! The beach was super clean when I was there, and it was nice for sunbathing too. Another extra, sunset in this island was memorable. If you're hungry, there are plenty of warung where you can get something easy to snack on. One of my friends created a sunset time-lapse and it was beautiful.

Beautiful, well kept beach. This is a private beach and at the time of writing costs 25k Rupiah to enter. The area which the beach sits on contains a shaded bar, set about 15 metres back from the shore. The shore is lined with beanbags and umbrellas. Get here early (before 2) and you may have the beach to yourself as I did. As the afternoon progresses, more people show up.
