I love how they preserve the photos and all the historical relics, but it would be better if they had a walking path that told the story of Kartini from beginning to end. Unfortunately, the photos are just there. Fortunately, the stories about them are quite self-explanatory. If you want to visit, please be mindful and polite. The entrance ticket is IDR 8k per person. They only accept cash payments.

This is a museum for comemoriting Kartini, an Indonesia woman hero, who struggle for equality of education for indonesian women, at that time.. Jepara is her hometown Jave a museum guide to accompanied your visit, they will explained you about the history of RA Kartini. And the museum itself have collection not only about the kartini, its about Jepara city too.. About the Jepara people, the culture and city history.. Its a must visit to the museum when come to Jepara

This museum not only showcases items related to Kartini, but also features statues representing religion and wildlife in Jepara. I appreciate how they preserve the historical photos and relics, but it would be even better if they had a designated walking path that told Kartini's story from beginning to end. Unfortunately, the photos are displayed without much context or explanation, making it difficult for visitors, especially those unfamiliar with Indonesian history, to fully understand their significance. I visited during Ramadhan, and found that the museum suddenly closed at 12:00. The staff explained that they only operate half days during this time, which seemed odd. It opens at 09:00 and closes at 12:00, so in general, they are only open for about 2 hours during Ramadan.

Museum to reminisce RA Kartini and various other remnant of pre Indonesia independent Jepara. Ask the guide to accompany and do story telling across museum 's exhibits.

I visited here before my trip to Karimun Jawa so it was a quick visit. I payed 5k rupiahs for entrance ticket, I’m with my 2 friends. I got a book contain history of Kartini. But unfortunately there is no guide to lead the museum tour, or at least to ask or discuss.
