Every time I go to jawa round trip I always stop at this shop and buy salted eggs as gifts. But this time I was disappointed. What makes Brebes salted eggs distinctive is the color of the yolks. The sample looked good. But after opening them at home all the salted eggs were like ones bought at the market. Very different. I'm a regular customer, you see. DISAPPOINTED.

Don't recommend it the eggs aren't salty at all just taste like regular eggs

If you're going to Brebes you have to stop here, everything tastes so good especially the salted eggs and fried shallots, perfect with piping hot rawon broth, just awesooome! Recommended to take home as Brebes specialties for the folks at home, and I think I'll stop by again if I go to Brebes 😁👍
