A popular food shop next to Selo Market offering Javanese dishes. Open early around 06:00 a.m. I had breakfast with my wife enjoying chicken soto and mix rice (nasi rames), instant white coffee, hot tea, and a tapioca cracker, ... perfect. Inexpensive. Friendly and helpful service. Minus: many flies (but it's common at this time of the year in Selo). A narrow parking lot for motorbikes on the road side.

One of the favorite spots for soto breakfast at Simpang PB VI Selo. You can get a beautiful view from here. If you bring a 2-wheeler or bicycle, it's still easy to find parking. A bit difficult perhaps for 4-wheelers because it's right by the main road. Besides soto, the menu includes ramesan, chicken dishes, etc. Bananas are also displayed nicely on the table. Next time I go to Selo, I might drop by here again
