Historical places. Good to visit to know better Banyumas. This place has so much potential. Hope in the future it can be improved and can attract both local and non local tourists.

This museum focused on the Javanese history beginning with the start of Islam on the island. Staff were very knowledgeable about the artifacts in the museum and even let us touch things and play the instruments! The only thing is is that it is a small place and in Javanese and Indonesian so go with a friend for translations!
