I recently visited the Pizza Hut in Sukabumi, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with just a few areas for improvement. Starting with the staff, it was a mixed experience—some team members were friendly and attentive, while others seemed less engaged. A more consistent level of customer service would make visits here feel more welcoming. As for the food, the quality is still good, though I do miss some of the older menu items that Pizza Hut recently removed. Personally, I found the classic items, like the old pasta options and unique pizzas, a bit more flavorful and satisfying than some of the newer offerings. It would be great if they could consider bringing a few of these favorites back. The restaurant itself is clean and has a comfortable atmosphere, making it suitable for family meals or small gatherings. Service is reasonably quick, even during busier hours, and the food preparation standards remain high. One big plus here is the ample parking space, which makes visiting stress-free. The security staff were also polite and helpful, which added to the overall positive experience. Overall, it’s a nice spot in Sukabumi for a meal. With a few adjustments—such as improved staff consistency and the return of some classic menu items—this place could be even better!

Less meat for "MEAT LOVERS".. The hot and tomato sauce is not new! BAD Pizza Hut experience I've ever had! Surely won't coming back here.

A good place to find alternative foods when you feel bored of rice-based food. Comfortable, delicious, fast service and Worth the price. The place is good for hang out too.
