To whoever owns Lazzato, please fix the employees' attitude and SOP regarding basics like geprek chili paste. Do they have no taste buds? Can't they tell what saltiness is like? Especially the geprek chili paste, were they too lazy to grind it? This is the second time I bought here and it's getting more messed up. If I were the owner, I would have fired the staff if they don't understand the standard recipe taste. I WORK IN FnB and I feel ashamed. Please, the owner needs to see this. THANK YOU!

First time trying to eat here, usually buying at other places and it's good. Bought chicken and rice here, the rice wasn't cooked yet and still hard👎🏻 plus the chicken was a bit hard. I already told the female staff and the cashier but there was no response. As long as there is an apology on the spot it's fine, but this person just went to the kitchen. Please improve your attitude, miss and mister🙂 Thank you
