Besides the TASTY taste and AFFORDABLE price, the owner and employees of RM Saung Punclut Abah Agus are very Honest and friendly. It all started when my family and I from Bandung headed to Cirebon and stopped by for lunch at RM Saung Punclut Abah Agus located in Ciater, Subang Regency. Long story short, the sling bag that I usually use was left behind at RM Saung Punclut Abah Agus. When I arrived home, I just realized because the sling bag I was using was missing. I tried to recall, the last time the bag was used was at RM Saung Punclut Abah Agus. I immediately rushed to search on Maps to get the Phone Number of RM Saung Punclut Abah Agus. Alhamdulillah when I contacted him (Abah Agus), and asked his employees, it turned out that the Black Sling Bag was indeed left behind. About 5 minutes of communicating with him (Abah Agus) to schedule the delivery of the bag via expedition shipping. Alhamdulillah on Wednesday, December 17, 2025, the sling bag finally landed safely and the contents were complete with nothing missing. Points to convey: 1. The Owner (Abah Agus) successfully educated his employees to uphold Honesty. 2. The employees are very humble and always smile when serving customers. 3. The food quality is good and the price is affordable (no price-gouging) 4. This is a cool eatery, the menu has many vegetable variations so you can choose, the taste is delicious plus everything is reheated so it's even better, the stewed jengkol is ok, stir-fried papaya leaves vegetable is ok, genjer is ok, gepuk is ok, chicken is ok, tofu pepes is ok, mendoan is ok, the sambal is wow....terrific, happy trying
