Had dinner twice there as few other places within walking distance were open. First night ate scallops in butter sauce, fried calamari, kangkong and rice. Some scallops were small but overall the portions are very generous. Second night ate a grilled pomfret and prawns in butter sauce. Generally fresh and also sufficient portions. The fish was nice and firm. Overall, delicious food with friendly service. However, there are no fans and when the breeze does down, it can get a bit stifling.

Everything I ordered was delicious, I even asked for some extra sambal to take home. The lady there was so friendly, too. Overall, it’s a great spot with a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!

I don’t often do reviews, but I have just had a great meal at Bayview. It needs to be recognised. I had calamari and mixed vegetables, with rice. Not only was the food excellent, but the portions are very generous, all I could eat was calamari and vegetables. They also have some great local fish on offer. I’ll definitely return. Thank you

Bayview Seafood Restaurant is a must-visit when you’re in Batukaras! The menu offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the prices are incredibly affordable, making every dish a great value. Plus, they even serve free hot tea! I had the snapper curry, seafood fried rice, and grilled fish—all were absolutely fantastic. If you’re looking for tasty, budget-friendly seafood, this place is highly recommended!

The best cap cay here and was able to request adding some egg and tempeh to it. Clean, non-oily, tasty, healthy meal. You don’t have to order seafood here. The ladies here are very friendly, good customer service.
