Been there 2 times, no official entrance fee, just parking and a voluntary donation The location goes uphill, not wheelchair friendly, the view is very good, especially the cliffs with the expanse of waves Toilets aren't very clean You can rent a mat and sit in the garden Cleanliness is decent, maybe because there is no caretaker, so cleanliness depends on visitors' awareness
