Bang JT Cirebon is renowned for its Kopi Luwak, but I tried their Empal Gentong which was quite delightful. The broth was flavorful and the beef was tender, though not overly generous in portion. Their chicken satay was also unique, distinctly different from the traditional Madura-style. The highlight was the Bandeng Panggang, skillfully prepared to resemble grilled eel but with the taste of milkfish. A must-try when visiting Cirebon.

Quite good place to get empal gentong in Cirebon. The service was normal. The atmosphere was like typical indonesian traditional restaurant.

This place open for 24 hours, and they offer a healthier version of Empal Gentong without fat ( or low fat maybe 😅 because it still contains coconut milk ), but its very tasty and the Nasi Lengko too 👌

Superb taste of Luwak Gayo coffee! And low fat empal gentong and vitchin-less yet you still got the umami taste ☺️🤤
