The staff manning the stand are unprofessional; instead of focusing on serving customers, they are busy watching YouTube.

1. I haven't ordered yet but the staff served someone else even though I arrived first, they should have told the person who just arrived to queue first, don't just serve them directly. 2. Please, the 2 staff members should learn again how to serve customers properly and correctly, there is no politeness, if you talk just be normal, don't use a high tone. I don't care if the staff is having problems outside of work or whatever, they must remain professional in serving. 3. The food is delicious, the price is cheap but if the service is bad, sorry, I won't come back. Please evaluate the service again.

The service is really bad for the guy, very rude, I commented on TikTok and the guy didn't accept it, very anti-criticism, saying I'm just like this, I don't know if he's from Palembang or where, I forgot, don't kill people's fortune, he said. Yet he himself has bad service.

The burger is delicious, large portion with a very affordable price, the type of bread/bun is the soft type and I like it, there are many menus too, eat this instead of burger ban**r. The only downside is the atmosphere.. understandable since it's a small kiosk and there's a parking attendant.

The service for the guy is very bad, if you are on break just say you are on break, no need to get angry in front of the customer, just explain that you are on break, I as a customer also understand, that's not the way.
