The taste of the food is quite delicious, I tried the Nasi Loko Pedas. The price is bit expensive. The place is quite ok, even though it must be hot in the afternoon maybe. What I really concern is the service is so terrible. As the new place, even though it is new, it must be professional and efficient. As a new patron, I feel so disappointed. Here what happened at that time, I ordered a food then the cashier said I could go upstair, but there was nothing upstair, it was still underconstruction. Then I went down then sat in front due to so crowded since there was an event of PT KAI there, so many people, I didn't know what happened. Then a crew of the restaurant said I needed to move since the chair that I was there had already booked, but I didn't see 'reserved tag' at that time. It was so terrible seriously, I don't know what happened at that time, but I guess they were confused to handle the crowds there, but it couldn't be an excuse for being not professional. It added by mistake order that I got, when I ordered, they said no rice so I ordered rice, but a waitress gave me an extra rice so finally I switched it with a mineral water.

the service is bad and slow. the waitress are clumsy and feels like they’re not properly trained. they’re using the two seaters chair design from economic train as dining chairs but I think they should used the three seaters design instead because the seat its too cramped even for two people. the food its not that bad tho considering the price its not that expensive

Nice place, with live concert, if need more less sound, can go second floor. Drink coffe and other have lot variation. Food snack need more variation, but heavy food lot choices.

That Concept are Workshop Railway. Not Bad. But actually i come for the first its not good to me. Positively the Operational have 24 hours for Loko Coffee Shop.
