Nice place for eating, especially after Padel or Tennis. They have warm greetings and good service. Thanks a lot... You guys made my birthday happier.

I waited for over 20 minutes without a single staff member approaching me. What's the point of having so many staff if none of them are paying attention to customers? What's the point of using HT if no one responds to them? Even the menu feels like it's trying too hard to rely on AI instead of providing a better customer experience. Very disappointing. I come with high expectation, and this is what I got? Or is it just me feels like this because I wasn't dressed in high-end clothing?

Wait time until seated: 35mins (peak hour, sunday). Wait time for all food to come out: 50mins. Ada menu yg sudah dipesan tapi waiter lupa input, padahal sudah konfirmasi 2x. You should come here during weekdays. This restaurant is not prepared to handle peak hour.
