Nothing was really disappointing. The atmosphere was comfortable, there were plenty of seating areas, and the pool and plants made the place feel cool and relaxing. The food was good, though fairly standard, and the service was also good. The only issue was with two customers whose behavior felt inappropriate for the setting and made other guests uncomfortable. They were laughing loudly, vaping (which may be acceptable since it was an outdoor area), and sitting in an impolite manner. In short, they lacked basic etiquette. Because of this, the restaurant's otherwise nice atmosphere ended up feeling less classy and somewhat cheapened. They also moved to a different seating area. Earlier, they were sitting on a semi-circular sofa, and their behavior made two groups of guests feel uncomfortable enough to move elsewhere. Later, they moved to this area as well, and the disturbance continued.

A very nice place to spend time with someone special! Love their hand brew, I ordered a Japanese V60 and it was a fantastic taste! The burnt cheese cake was also great! Will come again for sure. Thanks Umanari

Came here slightly before lunch, and the restaurant quickly became packed afterward. The pool caught my eye as soon as I entered. Overall, it’s a lovely place to enjoy tropical beach vibes away from the coast. The dessert was okay but could be improved. Prices are slightly on the higher side, but the ambience makes it worth it.

Visited Umanari Cafe & Resto with my parents and it was such a pleasant experience! The place has two floors, and the first floor features a lovely pond area that doubles as an aesthetic photo spot—definitely gives off summer-in-Bali vibes. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for a slow, sunny brunch. The food is delicious, especially the pastries! My personal favorite was the sourdough—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly baked. That said, the prices are on the slightly higher side, but still worth it for the quality and ambiance. Parking space is a bit limited, so if you’re planning a visit, it’s better to come by motorbike.
