NON HALAL. 2025-01-22 Traditional Batak cuisines, authentic. Local people call it "LAPO". One of my fav LAPO in Bandung. (BPK Lima Serangkai for the other opt taste of Karo on Jl. Surapati serve). However, the taste just now feel a bit less juicy than it supposed to at prev time I came here. Try roasted pork, saksang, and cassava leaves. Love it. Spacious place and clean. But, some customers smoke, I can't bear with it since I came with kids.
View on GoogleTraditional Batak Toba culinary with a good taste food. You can also order famous traditional Batak steamed cookies 'lapet, ombus-ombus' wrapped in banana leaves, order minimum 1-day in advance. Prices are around Rp 3,000,-/ piece👍😍
View on GoogleWent here for the first time and tried their "saksang" and "daun ubi tumbuk". the saksang tasted just so-so, yet the daun ubi tumbuk is highly recommended for its fresh taste..
View on GoogleThis Batak cuisine restaurant is one of the best in Bandung, they serve pork dishes such as panggang, soup and saksang, also fish dishes such as tombur and arsik
View on GoogleA nice "Lapo" (traditional Batak/Tapanuli restaurant), the roasted pork is a bit chewy, but still quite tasty overall. Meaty and not too much fat. The portion is quite big, so it's worth all the money you spent here. The entrance is a bit hidden, looks kinda small from outside, but it's actually quite large inside, enough space for large gathering.
