To be honest, I lied when I told the capster that I liked my haircut. What else was I supposed to say ?, The bad haircut was already done. I specifically told the capster that I liked the length of my hair, but he kept cutting it shorter and shorter. Then, during the Korean perm, the solution was left on for too long because he was busy with another customer, and my hair ended up much curlier than I wanted. I even said beforehand that I didn’t want the perm if the result was going to be too curly. It honestly feels like the capster wasn’t really listening to what I wanted. Instead of focusing on the customer’s requests, it felt like the priority was handling as many clients as possible. The 300k I paid isn’t even the main issue. What’s frustrating is having to live with a haircut and perm that I never wanted for the next several months. Every time I look in the mirror, I’m reminded of an outcome that was completely different from what I asked for. A bad haircut can genuinely affect someone’s confidence, and unfortunately, that’s exactly how I feel. My hair grows very slowly, so the impact of this experience doesn’t end when I leave the salon. I’m the one who has to deal with the consequences every day long after the appointment is over. That’s what makes this experience so disappointing. Just don’t go there if u don’t want your hair destroyed 🤢

I clearly said that I liked the length of my hair and wanted to keep it. Yet somehow, my hair at the back went from around 18 cm to barely 2 cm. Honestly, does that sound like someone who was actually listening to their client? I never asked for such a drastic change, and once that hair is gone, there’s no undo button. I also made it very clear that I did not want a Korean perm if the result was going to be too curly. Not only was that ignored, but the perm solution was left on for too long because the capster was busy with another customer. The result was exactly what I said I didn’t want: overly curly hair that looks nothing like what I had in mind. What makes this even worse is the feeling that nobody was actually listening. It seemed more important to juggle multiple clients than to pay attention to what was being requested. If a customer takes the time to explain exactly what they want, the bare minimum is to listen. The 300k I paid is not even the problem. The real problem is that I now have to wake up every day and look at a haircut and perm that are completely different from what I asked for. A bad haircut can seriously affect someone’s confidence, and this one has absolutely affected mine. My hair grows extremely slowly, which means I’ll be dealing with this for months. The appointment lasted only a few hours, but the consequences will last much longer. I genuinely regret trusting this place with my hair. If you care about your hair and expect your requests to be respected, think twice before coming here. 🤢💔

Great experience, hairwash included in the 40k package. Staff are all very friendly and welcoming 👍🏼 better to book at least a day before cus it could be fully booked upon walk in
