Cash only, bro.

Standard Roti O. Bought it out of curiosity for their palm sugar coffee, turns out it's very sweet. Not really suitable for those who truly like palm sugar coffee in general. But because I used a Qpon voucher, overall it's still worth it.

Terrible, can't redeem Shopee VIP. You're the one who created the collaboration promo but don't want to serve it, told me to go to the Roti O at RSHS, the answer was the same, can't do it, told me to go to another one outside, just throwing responsibility... NO NEED TO HAVE A COLLABORATION WITH SHOPEE IF YOU DON'T WANT TO.

During payment, couldn't scan, service was very unfriendly, even though we bought using a promo, we are still paying. Worst service among the Roti O outlets I've visited.

The service is really bad, how can we as customers be the ones who have to look for change, at least provide small change so it's not complicated for the buyers, we aren't just buying one item, really bad.
