Rumah Mode is an excellent shopping place. The selection of clothes are excellent. They have great selection of short pants and cargo pants. The price isn’t too expensive, and the quality and the variety is very good. The clothing store is excellent, it is well-tended, it is well-lit, and it is very clean. The staffs are also friendly and very helpful in assisting you with your purchase. The place have excellent food court as well. The food courts have good selection of food, cakes, drinks, or juices. They have plenty of seats and the seats are quite comfortable. Being in Bandung, the air is cool and the place didn’t need any air conditioning. The place also sported many entertainment for your kids. The place have a GoKart track for kids for around $3. They also have a playground for kids. The place is excellent for adults and kids. Parking is private, they have a parking lot for their customers. The toilet is extremely clean as well.

Visited this place at 6pm and the weather is cold out there and nice to walk around . Not very big shopping area . Only few shops sell goods . One for fashion clothings , one for shoes and bags , another shop mixture of everything . I love the most is the eatery area . It is so huge and plenty of food stall there from local food to Western as well as pastries to dessert . Very chilling place to have your meal and the environment is really good. Price here is not expensive . Highly recommend

Rumah Mode Factory Outlet remains one of the most stylish and complete fashion outlets in Bandung. The layout is comfortable and well-organized, making it easy to browse through the stores. Facilities are a big plus — clean toilets, a proper praying room, and a convenient food complex make the shopping experience more pleasant, especially for families. That said, having visited many times over the past few years, I noticed that the brand selection is now more limited compared to before, and rare or standout items are harder to find. It doesn’t feel as exciting as it used to for serious bargain hunters. On the bright side, prices are still reasonable at the moment, especially with our currency being stronger compared to previous years, which helps balance the overall value. Overall, still a nice place to visit in Bandung for a comfortable shopping experience, but expectations on brand variety should be adjusted compared to its earlier days.

Had a wonderful visit to Rumah Mode Factory Outlet. The place is clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by beautiful landscaping that creates a relaxing shopping atmosphere. There is a great selection of fashion items and local products at affordable prices, making it an excellent spot for bargain shopping. old place but I'm happy to see it still standing! love to eat here. varieties of tenants, good food always. siomay is a must here!!! I think their most famous food shall be the roti bakar(?) there's always a queue at the stall. the place is also great warmth, not too hot. great ventilation 🫶🏻 of course, the shopping area is still packed with the goods, no layout is changed since I last came. hoping to visit here again soon 👀
