Another branch outlet from Maxx Coffee. This one located right at the side of Buah Batu main street. Have a quite big parking area. The 1st floor only small space and little chair outside. The main area in 2nd floor have a big space whether indoor or outdoor. Smoking area outdoor only and restroom located in 2nd floor. The menu and price all the same across all branch/outlet (fixed price, tax & services included). For small gatherings can use the outdoor segment because the indoor more suitable for workspace or small meeting.

the coffee was really good! we ordered sea salt latte, manuka honey macchiato, and malaka brûlée latte, everything was delicious and well-balanced, not too sweet 😆😆for the heavy meals, the lasagna was also surprisingly good, honestly more than my expectation, overall the atmosphere is nice and cozy, the staff bella was super helpful, definitely a place i’d come back to!!

Great service and friendly staff. The café has a peaceful atmosphere with comfortable seating, especially the sofa/booth areas, making it a pleasant place to relax and work. The coffee is pretty good albeit slightly on the expensive side. Some interesting flavour options, generous portion sizes and (paid) milk substitution options. The location and parking are both very convenient. The Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, which is a drawback if you’re planning to work from the café. The men’s toilet also had an unpleasant smell when we visited. The hot food we ordered was just average - the chicken was old and the fries were soggy. That being said, there are plenty of delicious pastries available. If they improved the Wi-Fi and made some improvements to the food, this would be an ideal work-from-cafe spot.

I spend my ±5 hours here. This place is so comfortable and feel private. They gave me good service. For me, the Maxx size can companied me till 4-5 hours. They asked for feedback and introduced handcraft coffee, so I tried to make it too. Such a fun experience! One thing that is lacking the praying room under repair, so I had to pray outside this place. If done, I will give 5 stars~

I had coffee workshop here and tried every coffee beans. Had the best coffee the taste, thick and delicious and refreshing. The plaze had alot room and cozy to do work or just hang out. The staff are very friendly and kind.
