The ambience is great, but the service is a bit disappointing, there's room for improvement for hospitality. I understand it is rush hour but hospitality is one of the reason customer wanting to come back. The donut and coffee are amazing as always. Toilet is located on 2nd floor, not so proper but yeah it's okay for urgency. Be careful on the stairs, it is slippery when it's raining.

Just had yoghurt ice cream with kiwi and peach at JCO Donuts Buah Batu, super refreshing! 🍦🍑 The yogurt base is creamy yet tangy, perfectly balanced by the sweet kiwi and peach toppings. Cozy spot, friendly staff, and a nice place to chill for a quick dessert break. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re around Buah Batu!
