Time of visit: June 2026. Came here since it’s viral on social media, turns out it’s not a disappointment. Ordered Package 1 & 2, the taste of soup was not strong, the type of meatballs soup that need to be added condiments and fortunately there’s many choosing of condiments. The special one was garlic oil, it elevated the taste of the soup. We also ordered “osengan”, IMO it’s just ok. However the fried meatball came with big portion and had good flavor. The outer is crispy but soft enough in inside. The meat of fried meatball was prominent. Price wise was still acceptable.
View on GoogleI stopped by Bakso Tjap Haji and it left a really good impression. The meal felt worth it from the first bite, and the whole visit had that satisfying, no-nonsense comfort food feel. It’s the kind of place I’d happily return to when I’m craving something simple, hearty, and dependable.
View on GoogleBakso Tjap Haji may be one of the pricier bakso spots in town, but it delivers an experience that feels genuinely special, and worth every rupiah. When it first opened, the lines were endless. At first, I assumed it was just another viral hype that would fade away. But after finally trying it, I understood why the place has stayed consistently packed: the food lives up to the buzz. The bakso itself is outstanding: flavorful, fulfilling, and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. Each bite reveals a richer, more refined taste compared to the average bowl, and the variety of oseng options adds even more depth and personality to the dish. This is the kind of place you’d pick for a celebration with friends, family, or colleagues. It’s “special food for special occasions,” the type of meal that leaves you feeling satisfied in every sense. That said, if you’re just after a simple, everyday bowl of bakso, plenty of cheaper options will do. But for something elevated, a bakso experience that feels both unique and memorable, Bakso Tjap Haji is absolutely the spot.
View on GoogleBakso Tjap Haji is truly comforting and delicious! The meatballs are big, bouncy, and full of flavor, while the broth is rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned. The portions are generous, and you can really taste the quality in every bite. The place is simple but clean, with fast and friendly service. A perfect spot for a hearty meal—definitely one of the best bakso experiences!
View on GoogleFirst time having bakso in Bandung. It’s surprisingly very delicious. The broth was rich. They had various kinds of meatballs. My favorite was bakso goreng. Too bad i forgot to take its picture because we’re too busy eating.
