When Im in Bandung, I try the most viral food in Braga street. The first impression at this food is... I had no clue about this food before, because it was my first time to try some kind of that food. Bacang is usually have an identical with the Non Halal Food. But this seller selling the halal one. So i think because it rare to find arround, so many people have tried to buy this food. It looks like lemper but this is the different type of lemper haha. Both lemper and this food have simillar wrap. They wrapped in banana leaf. But, lemper are made of sticky rice but this food just made of the rice. They also have a filling. If lemper have a seasoning chicken filling, but this food is.. im not sure about the filling, but i think that it was kind of the chewy stuff from the part of the animal idk which part is. But the food is 85% delicious, and it was far away from my bad expectation of the food hehe. So, when you come to Bandung you must try this unique food once in your life.

Located near to Apotek Kimia Farma Braga & Gedung Merdeka Asia Afrika, this is the real treasure of Bandung! With only 9k / pcs, you'll get Bacang Panas with Kikil & Lemak Topping. Classic but really really good. Open from 6pm - sold out. He said that this year, it's already 28 years that he sold this BACANG PANAS. Love it, love it, love it..

A street vendor selling bacang with a twist. Rather than serving standard bacang, they cut it half, putting spoons of semur jando. It’s unique. Taste quite right too. The texture however it’s more like lontong instead of regular bacang. A good choice for quick snacking when you’re not too hungry. Price is 10K each. Portion’s a bit small. You can also ask to not put jando too, if you’re not into it. Well since finding parking slot is difficult, we take out our bacang.

Over-rated sticky rice which I would give a 4 out of 10. There are plenty much better Bakcang. The fills are innards (jeroan). 10K IDR per serving. Payment by QRIS will incur additional fee.
