actually didn't want to give a low star rating but the quality really has dropped quite significantly, from the bread being heated too quickly so it isn't evenly heated (cold in the middle), the cheese not melting at all, to the sauce that should be the tasty highlight being given in such a small amount. the service is already good, but they still need to learn the menus because they're still asking the customer. hopefully this can be something for the employees to evaluate, if it's been fixed, I'll review it again

The order took quite a long time to finish (20+ minutes) with only 2 tables of dine-in customers and 2 people getting take away, basically/quiet. And the plot twist was the rice I ordered smelled disgusting (luckily it was immediately replaced, who knows if they used rice from the warteg next door), and the burger wasn't as tasty as bangor usually is, plus french fries with an insane amount of salt sprinkled on them (salty as hell, damn) overall👎 suggestion: retrain the kitchen staff or replace them if necessary. very disappointed

this is still raw, pls cook it properly, how are the nuggets still so white and the potatoes too, so annoyed, pissed off😡

The service is really slow. Twice I got orders where the serving time was 25-40 minutes even though the place was empty
