A solid experience overall. The food was good and tasted exactly as expected. Portions, quality, and service were all in line with what I usually expect from Shihlin. Nothing particularly outstanding, but nothing to complain about either. A reliable option when you're craving a quick snack.

Stopped by here on CNY day because I haven't eaten Shihlin for a long time, disappointed because: 1. Product quality decreased, chicken meat is not juicy, too overcooked so it's hard and difficult to skewer 2. Service is lacking, the order took a very long time to be ready and was not informed in advance by the cashier that I had to wait a little longer, there was already a queue, etc. Ordered only 1 XXL Chicken waiting for almost 30 minutes, it doesn't make sense 🤦🏻 Will not come here again
