Complicated

Fast service, the cashiers are very friendly, and the place is very comfortable

Employees like this are rejects from other companies. At the very least, they need to be trained in hospitality and attitude for customer service. Customers are paying, not taking on debt, so respect their time. This applies whether ordering via any app or, especially, when coming in person. Training new crew should be done at an established outlet; it's pointless if they are just going to be contaminated with the same toxic attitude right away
