Kimukatsu is a decent place to grab a Japanese meal. That's probably the best word to describe the overall experience: decent. Nothing about the food really stands out, but at the same time, nothing is disappointing either. It's enjoyable enough, just not particularly memorable. I ordered the Nikudon, and while the flavors were good, the sliced beef had already cooled down by the time it was served. It was still tasty, but serving it hotter would have made a noticeable difference. I also tried the curry, which was perfectly fine, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. The service, however, deserves praise. The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the meal, making the dining experience pleasant. Overall, Kimukatsu is a solid choice if you're looking for a reliable Japanese meal. Good service and decent food make it a safe option, even if the dishes don't quite stand out from the many other Japanese restaurants available.

+3

Crispy on the outside, super juicy on the inside. The layered katsu is so tender and flavorful, and the service was great. Definitely worth coming back!

Good food, good ambiance, and a very helpful staff!! my favorite (and a must try): -> Beef katsu cheese set -> Chicken katsu cheese set
