I had a great experience at GyuKaku Japanese BBQ Summarecon Bandung. The food was absolutely delicious, everything tasted fresh, well seasoned, and perfectly grilled. It’s definitely a place I’d come back to just for the quality of the dishes. What made the visit even better was the service. The staff were very attentive and friendly, especially Mas Egit and Mbak Novia who took great care of us. They were helpful, responsive, and made the whole dining experience feel comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, I really love both the food and the service here. Highly recommended!

Decided to visit Gyu-Kaku during my holiday in Bandung, and I was so happy with my experience! The view was beautiful with lots of greenery, and the atmosphere was very cozy and relaxing. Today, I was served by kak Mita and kak Risma, who were both incredibly friendly and always greeted us with a smile. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious as always. Definitely one of my favorite places to visit when I’m in Bandung! 😊

Gyu-Kaku is usually a safe bet, and overall the food here is still good and satisfying. We tried their lunch set menu, and most of the cuts tasted great. However, one of the meats was clearly a very low-quality cut. Tough, chewy, and honestly disappointing. I understand that lunch sets are the more affordable option, but this place is still expensive by normal standards. Serving a cut like that should not be acceptable. The restaurant itself is clean, bright, and cozy. That said, the music from the plaza area outside can get very loud. If there’s an event or live music happening, it becomes difficult to have a proper conversation at the table. The service was polite, but a bit too eager. Plates were taken away as soon as they looked empty, even though we were clearly still eating and not finished. It made us feel rushed, like we were being subtly pushed to leave. If we’re uncomfortable with empty plates on the table, we’ll ask for them to be cleared. Otherwise, let people enjoy their meal at their own pace. Overall, still a solid Gyu-Kaku experience, but there’s room for improvement, especially considering the price point.

Great experience at Gyu-Kaku Summarecon Bandung! The meat quality was really good, fresh, and well-marinated, though some of them are still a little chewy. I especially enjoyed the variety of menu options and the fun of grilling it myself. The staff were friendly and attentive especially mba Risma, making the whole dining experience even better. The place is also clean and comfortable—perfect for hanging out with family or friends. Will definitely come back again!
