My sister went to Excelso to had our lunch. Big space and quite clean. But I'm very disappointed with the service and the food I ordered. I will focus with my food, because my sisters food was okay. I ordered Seared Duck Taichan. Always been my fav food in every Excelso in Jakarta and Malang. But only here at Summarecon Bandung I was disappointed. The food is quite pricey , it's fine. No problem for me because I love the food. But common, how come when my food arrived the rice is so cold. Only the duck that is just oke warm. I expected to be my food to be served well and proper warm when I received it. When I asked the waiter why the rice is cold ? He said because it's been cooked seperately from the duck. I was like huh? Eventho it's been cooked seperated, the rice SHOULD be still warm. It doesn't make sense. And I asked to changed my food. And the waiter seemed not please about it . Train your staff again please. You work in Service, don't give your customer an attitude. Especially I'm willing to pay pricey price! And I do have the right to have a complain and asked your staff to change my food ! You have a big space at this mall, but the service is really bad. Very slow and not friendly. Too bad , I always had a good experience at Excelso . But not here .

We came here, took the menu from the counter by our self, after 15 minutes nobody came to us. We saw there are about 5-6 person that standby, and the place was not even that crowd only less than half the tables occupied. We sat next to the counter by the way. The service should be improved a lot, no wonder it always looks empty everytime we passing by.

Food was so long to come out (2 hours). The food is also so bad, that I didn’t even finished my food. But at least, the service was ok and the decoration is quite good too. But still not recommended👎👎

serving time was too long for 5 drinks (1,5 hours).
