A&W Summarecon Mall Bandung has great food as always. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and tasty. The waffle is sweet, soft, and moist. And of course, the root beer is iconic and legendary. The problem is this branch itself. The place looks big, but it actually isn’t. Table availability is very limited, and they really need to add more seating because so many people end up waiting around. We waited almost an hour just for waffles. Not ideal for a fast-food restaurant. When we asked, the staff said they had made the waffles four times but they kept failing. A strange excuse, considering they’ve been serving waffles forever. It just didn’t make sense. Overall, I like the food. But the service in this branch needs serious improvement. The staff are nice and polite, but that alone doesn’t fix the issues.
