Wheels Coffee Roasters at Juanda (Dago) is the kind of café that makes you want to slow down and stay a little longer. The space is cosy yet wonderfully spacious, with an aesthetic that feels effortlessly modern while still retaining a warm and inviting character. There is a lovely balance between comfort and style throughout the café. Whether settling in for a quiet coffee, catching up with friends, or simply enjoying the atmosphere, the environment makes it easy to linger. It has that relaxed Dago charm where the surroundings become almost as enjoyable as the coffee itself. The only area that unfortunately takes away from an otherwise lovely experience is the service attentiveness. Despite having what appeared to be a substantial number of staff on duty, there were noticeable moments where customers were not attended to promptly. The service felt somewhat disconnected at times, creating a lapse between the beautiful setting and the level of hospitality one would expect. It is a little disappointing because the café clearly has all the ingredients for an exceptional coffee experience—a gorgeous space, plenty of room, a comfortable ambience and a strong coffee identity. What is missing is simply greater awareness of the guest and more proactive service from the team. Overall, Wheels Coffee Roasters, Juanda is a beautiful and cosy Dago hideaway that deserves a visit. With a little more attentiveness and stronger service coordination, this could easily become one of those places where the ambience, coffee and hospitality come together seamlessly.
View on GoogleI visited Wheels Coffee Roasters and had a really good experience overall. The place is comfortable with a nice atmosphere, the food was good, and the service was also friendly and efficient. Even though there was a long waiting list when I arrived up to number 27 they provided proper seating for waiting, which made it much more comfortable. Surprisingly, the wait was also quite fast, only around 30 minutes until my turn. Another thing I appreciated was that the food presentation actually looked like the menu photos, which is not always the case at many places. The portions and appearance were satisfying, and the prices were also very affordable for the quality and experience. Overall, definitely a nice place to visit in Bandung.
View on GoogleJust had a brunch at Wheels Dago. Love the foods and the vibes😊 The staffs were nice and helpful. One of limited places that give complimentary still water. It can also be refilled. Really appreciate it. The only downside is the female toilet was kinda dark. We need more lights to touch up our make up😉
View on GoogleOne of our favorite places for dinner dates! We come here quite often, and the food is always delicious. The portions are generous, and the taste has been consistently good every time. The Dago branch has the best atmosphere—cozy, stylish, and perfect for a date night. Parking can be difficult, and there is often a waitlist, so it’s better to make a reservation in advance. Definitely one of our go-to places in Bandung!
View on GoogleWow and so much wow! It really live up to its super long waiting list Went here after business trip and was one of my greatest day in life because I got to have great food 😭 Had the mushroom cheese ball and Wheels signature pasta with medium rare steak. Superb! The mushroom is fried with crispy breading but it still able to maintain its juiciness. The pasta was well-cooked although I don’t really prefer creamy sauce. But the sauce is match made in heaven with its medium rare steak! They opened 3 branches already and if they maintain the quality as they do in Dago, probably I’ll go to the quieter branch instead
