I have been to the Qaca branch in Malabar before, and I had an amazing dining experience there thanks to the great atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent service. However, the branch here is very small and quite hot, with very limited food options. The bread I ordered was extremely hard and impossible to bite (possibly because it was reheated for too long). There is still a lot that needs to be improved at the Dago branch.
