Together with Bebeke Om Aris, it is simply one of the best duck food stalls in town, or at least around northern Bandung. Not only that the chilli sauce is splendid, but the duck itself is probably also dipped into a dense solution of seasoning for hours before being fried since the flavor is seeped deeply into the meat. But you have to be patient when eating here since the line is usually very long and you need to eat quickly to give room to other customers. Overall, very recommended.
View on GoogleJust like regular food hawker near uni, it tastes good and hella cheap! we had 2 plates of "uduk" rice-not necessarily creamy like usual uduk i had, but i could taste a faint of coconut milk hint, and 2 fried chicken, 1 tempe and 1 chicken liver aka ati-ampela, all for only 35K. We can choose (and asked for a refill) either "sambal mangga" (a tad to oily and i cudn't hardly taste the sour taste from the minced manggo) or the usual "sambal pecel".
View on GoogleI love the flavor of the samabal here. But if I eat too much of it, too often, I end up sick. Whereas I can eat at Sambal Lalap 3 times a day, and never need korokan.
View on GoogleIt's always crowded and sometimes you need to line up to get a table. Their hot sauce was refreshing because they mixed fresh and sour mango into their hot sauce
View on GoogleAffordable for college student, best street food sauce. Not so good on digestion system though.
