Dapoer Pandan Wangi is one of the best places to enjoy authentic Sundanese cuisine in Bandung. The restaurant has a beautiful traditional atmosphere with lush greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing dining experience. The food was excellent. Every dish was freshly prepared, flavorful, and made with high-quality ingredients. The traditional Sundanese flavors were well-balanced, and everything we ordered was delicious. The portions were generous and perfect for sharing with family or friends. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. Service was efficient, and the overall dining experience was smooth and enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Dapoer Pandan Wangi to anyone visiting Bandung. Great food, a lovely atmosphere, and excellent service make it a place worth coming back to.

This restaurant delivers a fantastic dining experience, starting with the flavor-packed Nasi Goreng Jambal Pete, which perfectly balances savory salted fish with aromatic pete, and the delicious Terong Raos. The Udang Kangkung is another standout, featuring remarkably soft, fresh shrimp, while the comforting, clear-broth Sop Gurame Kuah Bening offers a generous portion that is ideal for sharing among 4 to 5 people. Beyond the excellent food, the indoor atmosphere is highly comfortable and welcoming, and the incredibly helpful staff ensures you feel taken care of from start to finish, making it a perfect spot for group gatherings.

If you don’t like sweet dish you won’t enjoy it here, I like it though so I don’t have a problem with it. I order the most popular menu here which is Terong Raos, sweet savory crispy and I love it. Sop Merah Gurameh which tastes a bit sweet similar like Pindang. Tumis Ceciwis is so good.

This restaurant is a great choice for a family meal in the middle of the city, especially if you are looking for tasty Sundanese food with a comforting homemade flavor. The dining area is quite spacious, and there is plenty of parking available, which makes it even more convenient for group visits. We ordered the empal gepuk, ayam ungkep, sop gurame kuah merah, kangkung, and their best seller, terong raos. The empal gepuk was savory and tender, the ayam ungkep was well seasoned with the spices fully absorbed into the meat, and the kangkung was delicious with a strong garlic flavor. Sop kuah merah was fresh and pleasantly sour, although it could have used a little more salt. The highlight for us was definitely the terong raos, which was thick yet still crispy. It had a beautifully balanced sweet and savory caramelized taste that was absolutely spot on.

Someone recommended this place during my stay in Bandung. I had to do a reservation d-1 to get a table for dinner during weekdays. Food was good especially the eggplants, but some things were unfortunately a bit too oily for my taste
