A homey little restaurant serving classic Ayam Kalasan that needs no gimmicks whatsoever. The classic Ayam Kalasan is delicious — thin, crispy skin with juicy, tender meat full of subtle flavor. The karedok is great too, and the sayur krecek has that authentically Javanese taste, which makes it a winner as well. The sambal pairs nicely, though to my average tastebuds it’s just a tiiiiny bit on the sweet side. Don’t come for the aesthetics — it’s an old house, simple but clean. Come for the food. Nostalgic, delicious, and worth it.

This is just too good! The chicken is so soft and tender, yet crispy and very flavorful as well. We order a whole chicken for two, and even we don’t usually like chicken breast, this one we can finished it easily. Paired with the sambal, which is not too spicy, perfect balance with the sour soup. Everything tasted so good and quite big portions, perfect for family dine place. I honestly recommend this to everyone who visits Bandung, stop queue and go here! The taste is amazing!

Their signature ayam goreng (Pringgodani) is so soft that its almost melts in your mouth. Paired with the subtly sweet sambal its a match made in heaven. Place is homey, felt like you ate at your grandparents house. Definitely an escape meal from all of the spicy salty touristy stuff normally found in Bandung

My neighbor had used this company after her basement flooded last year and was specific about how thorough the follow-up visits were. When we had our own situation this spring I called without looking anywhere else. She was right about the follow-ups. They were back 3 times over the course of the drying process without me having to ask.

This resto served javanese cuisine such as ayam kremes, kalasan, gudeg, etc. The taste is soft, not too savory / msg-tasted, which we like. Service is fast. The building is old, everything inside looks old, this may need to be improved. The price is moderate, about 50k-65k / pax.
