The food menu is delicious, cheap, and varied. A lifesaver at the mall when it's the end of the month hehehe. The vibes are great for group work on weekdays and in the afternoon. At night it's a bit dim. Wifi is okay, music is also okay. The waiters are friendly, but a bit confused because when entering no one greeted. Seems like self-service (?) The employees are indeed few.. Overall good.. Please improve the service :)

It's delicious, I came here at 9 PM because I was waiting for the Cititrans travel to Jakarta at 22:30 WIB. They waited for me even though it was outside, I felt bad. Good job to the staff

An alternative place for WFA? But because it's in the middle of the mall, it might be a bit noisy. Actually, the coffee shop next door is still better if you want to work, but this is good as an alternative. The food menu is more affordable and filling. Only if you want to work and want something a bit quiet, I think this is not suitable because the music volume is quite loud. But if just for hanging out, this is okay. I like drinking coffee (only latte) but the one at Upnormal (this is generally in all Upnormal) the taste is quite strong so for me who doesn't really like a concentrated taste, I always ask for one shot when drinking latte. For the menu selection, it's quite diverse, but for coffee drinks, I think for those who don't like sweet, you must mention “less/no sugar” when ordering coffee variants other than espresso? Because I once ordered coffee here and had said “no sugar” but it was made with sugar (although it was finally remade because I complained).

disappointing, payment via QRIS ShopeePay was successful but it turned out not to go in even though the balance had decreased. and I was told to pay again, they said it would be refunded in a week but it wasn't refunded even after a month.
