Terrible service. The place wasn't busy (Wednesday, 6 PM) and they had plenty of staff (10+ people), but it still took 30+ minutes for one surabi. When I went downstairs to follow up at the 30-minute mark, the cashier didn't even know my order. So disorganized.

The food is good, but the tables is so dirty, there are no specific smoking area so smoker will smoke beside you while you are eating your meals. Lastly they did not have EDC machine to accept debit card payment and QR for any cashless or digital payment method. Cmon is 2022 now.

No Complaint, which is a good thing
