HokBen at Ciwalk offers a convenient and satisfying dining experience with its selection of Japanese-inspired fast food. The menu features a variety of rice bowls, noodles, and bento boxes, making it a great option for a quick and tasty meal on the go. The prices are reasonable, and the portions are generous, making it a popular choice for diners looking for value and flavor.

Finally found my favorite menu at HokBen and seems like in Bandung, it only available at Cihampelas Walk. The preparation takes a while but it's worth the wait. Indonesian people should order more of this menu or it might have to be taken off the menu. Go to HokBen here and order SUKIYAKI! add rice and bring togarashi for full experience!

Usually not as busy as other restaurants at ciwalk. Tried sukiyaki for the first time here, it was good but there’s might be some reason why this food is always on menu but only few people ordered.

I never wrote a review before but this one is really bad. Came here at around 8 at night and most of the food were already sold out so I went for a drink instead. There's one lady at the counter on April 24 and the service was so unpleasant. I asked for a straw and the lady just straight up saying that there was none in a very dismissive way. She even treats my friend very rudely with sassy responses and tones. Even mimicked us to the cook when we discussed about how bad the service was. We understand how hard it is to work in a service industry but professionalism is professionalism. It doesn't cost a penny to be kind but it does cost an ego. Hope that there'd be an improvement.
