Why the staffs seems to not care about the customer at all. They all look lazy and tired. I almost leave that place because i've waited too long. Seems so unprofesional and rude. Never come to this place, go to Tirta Anugerah instead, they know how to treat customers.

Staff have very poor knowledge about the service. Asked about what kind of file needed for a job, the reply was "anything". And asked about price, the answer is "I don't know". Seems like they dont care about customers. Better avoid

Super friendly owner, as for staffs, maybe need more communication skill :) It has lots of new machine, spacious waiting room, helpfull online service. Overal great place..
