Visited solo and got 10 sticks of chicken satay to try it out. Satay by itself is pretty good, juicy chicken grilled to perfection and coated with a very nice sauce. However, I'm very disappointed with their peanut sauce, it's pretty bland and tasteless. I enjoyed pairing the stay with the sweet soy sauce a lot more. Shop itself is a medium size area with outdoor and indoor seating without air conditioner. Feels like a perfect place to chill and hang out with friends.

As a food explorer🤭 I’d say Sate Kardjan in Bandung is a must-visit for lamb lovers. Everyone talks about the lamb satay—and yes, it's true that it’s juicy, smoky, and perfectly seasoned—but the real star for me is the lamb tongseng. It’s exceptionally delicious: rich, aromatic, slightly sweet, and packed with tender lamb that melts in your mouth. The broth is bold without being overwhelming, and every spoonful feels comforting, especially in this gloomy and rainy day! Come for the satay, but don’t leave without ordering the tongseng—you might end up liking it even more!🤤 oh yeah, I came on Saturday evening and if you 're lucky enough, there was live music performance and I found it really cool!🤩

Legend street food in Bandung offers a variety satay. Imho, the overall taste was okay; the chicken satay stood out as particularly juicy, while the lamb was a bit tough. The atmosphere is inviting, making it a pleasant spot for dinner in the evening.

My father used to take me here while I was little, around 25 years ago, it is still the same place, but the taste of the sate is a little bit different. I remembered it to be more tasty and tender without so many fat. When I wanted to order the plain one (without fat) it was not available. The fat (gajih) is unbelievably large, I like it sometimes but this time it’s just too much. I recommend the sate buntel, it is unique and tasty.

One of the oldest satay buntel in Bandung. The place when u search for Satay Buntel in Bandung. Recommended. Very juicy, tender n thick. The satay Kambing and nasi goreng are not the food u want to miss as well. The satay kambing is soft, and juicy. Worthy for the price.
